Building on the success of the design brand “Yii”, HAN gallery moved to an entrepreneurial platform to carry on their research. Under ex-Droog Design creative director GIJS BAKKER.
The HAN (漢）Logo is a monogram consist of 3 characters of the brand name HAN. The abstraction of the strokes creates Ambiguity somewhere between chinese character and western writing. When you read it side way, it resembles the chinese character 玉, meaning jade of treasury.
